# Legal documents

> Request the terms, privacy notice, or refund policy that applies to your ThorNode service.

ThorNode's current terms, privacy notice, and refund policy are not hosted in this documentation. Contact [support@thornode.io](mailto:support@thornode.io) to request the document that applies to the product or payment flow you intend to use.

| [Privacy notice](/legal/privacy) | You want to know how account, wallet, payment, or support data is used. |
| [Refund policy](/legal/refunds)  | You want to understand refund eligibility or submit a refund request.   |

Payment recovery is separate from a refund request. If a payment was signed but access did not update, keep the transaction signature and follow [payment recovery troubleshooting](/reference/troubleshooting#payment-is-signed-but-access-is-not-updated). Do not pay twice.

Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key, endpoint token, replay key, Bifrost route URL, or other secret when requesting a legal document.
