# Refund Policy

**No refunds on renewals.** Refunds are only processed for user mistakes (e.g., incorrect payment amount, wrong wallet).

| Condition       | Policy                                               |
| --------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Processing time | Up to 2 weeks                                        |
| User error fee  | $50 processing fee                                   |
| Minimum amount  | Payments under $100 are **not eligible** for refunds |
