Review the applicable document before purchasing a service or providing personal data.

Document	Request it when
Terms of service	You need the terms for a ThorNode product or paid service.
Privacy notice	You want to know how account, wallet, payment, or support data is used.
Refund policy	You want to understand refund eligibility or submit a refund request.

Payment recovery is separate from a refund request. If a payment was signed but access did not update, keep the transaction signature and follow payment recovery troubleshooting. Do not pay twice. Never send a wallet seed phrase, private key, endpoint token, replay key, Bifrost route URL, or other secret when requesting a legal document.
